You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Orders & Payment
Orders are placed by checking out and paying via Zelle or PayPal, referencing the unique order number provided. Orders are marked pending until we manually verify payment, after which we confirm and begin fulfillment.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we're not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Product Descriptions
We offer fan-quality replica kits inspired by official team colors and designs. The 3D viewer and customizer are a close visual guide to your final kit; minor variation in printed placement or fabric shade can occur.
Returns & Exchanges
Kits customized with a name and number are made to order and are final sale, except for manufacturing defects. Non-customized kits may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached.
Intellectual Property
Club, national team, league, and competition names referenced on this site are used descriptively to identify the styling our products are inspired by. Bettor's Guide is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any club, national federation, or league, and no endorsement is implied. All site content, design, and code are the property of Bettor's Guide unless otherwise noted.
Limitation of Liability
Bettor's Guide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
